Advertising
At Welcome Wagon, we helped connect businesses (big and small) to new homeowners who had just moved to the area. We created this connection, by printing a 8x5.5 book filled with important local numbers and advertisements of businesses in the area with their listed offer. This would drive business our clients that paid for advertising space in the book as well as help new homeowners familiarize themselves to their new surroundings.
Below are a few examples of my work I designed during 10 years I worked with Welcome Wagon.
This client provided a 4x11 sized digital file of an illustration that needed to be re-worked to fit the standard Welcome Wagon 5x5 advertising space area. There were no photographs of their handy work provided so I used stock art from iStock’s website.
A&B Salon and Spa was a client with no artwork and only a logo on a business card. I recreated the logo and gave their salon a posh look based on a description on how the client wanted the look and feel of the design. However much creative license was taken on this design by myself. Ultimately the client was very pleased with the end result.
Chic Sugars was a client that had a lot of imagery to provide! I had to work closely with this client to be sure I was showcasing her best work. She took full creative control over all the images and text and all I had to do was provide my graphic layout skills.
